Adam Maas
cool that's 2 ancient ltv aircraft what's the kit like? I must admit I like the esci crusader. Like most Aurora kits it's a bit of a dog's breakfast. The two AIM-9's are laughable, the rest is merely basic.

Adam Maas
Hmm, haven't been posting updates. Got the major assembly complete, all the (copious) filler done and was just fitting the front LG leg prior to painting the underside when the entire intake/front LG well popped itself out. Split the fuselage, reassembled the intake and will get the fuselage back together later today. Hopefully will not need too much filler this time (last time was a fair bit, but mostly in areas unaffected by the accident)>
ancient mariner
Fun kit, and a great nostalgia build but .................... It is such a shame that later releases by " new age" company still insist of copying the squashed intake. It would cost a small fortune to correct the Trumpeter 32nd or even the Hobbyboss 48th. Adam Maas
This one ended up in the painting stage. I'g got the underside colour down but no time to get the topside done, let alone start decalling.
