omegaman
I was looking at simillar for the ark royal in 1/48, i might be able to find some useful info for you there. One thing however, if you are doing hermes, phantoms were on the ark royal never on hermes. Buccaneers, vixens or gannets for early 70's hermes! BTW what was the normal ordenance for a ground attack shortie with RAN Phantoms Cheers Armando

tonyot
British Phantoms did fly from US Navy carriers so you would be OK to mount one on the Italeri US Navy deck section, Cheers Tony
Dave Swindell
There were definitely cases of FAA & USN phantoms cross decking - Tit for Tat
rayprit
Perhaps this maybe of help?.................Admiralty instructional film on maintenance and recovery on British carrier ....... regards
Paul Bradley
Isn't it a shame that there's aftermarket galore for US and other carriers but basically nothing for British carriers? Even with all the kits available nowadays. Someone in Aftermarketland could make a killing a the moment......
