Bonhoff
Didn't feel like I'd done much but it would appear to have been quite an industrious year by my standards.... A-1 Skyraider - Airfix 1/72nd Scale F-86 Sabre - Airfix 1/72nd Scale Ford Trimotor - Airfix 1/72nd Scale A-4M Skyhawk - Matchbox 1/72nd Scale - Spent 30 years on my shelf in Isreali AF colours and then I decided to repaint and use the original markings - 1 option each side... A selection of 1/100 Scale Aircraft - Tamiya ME163 and ME262, Mirage III and Airfix's prepainted P-51 and FW190. Harrier GR7 - 1/144 Revell Bell X-1 - Dragon 1/144th Scale B-1B "Prototype" - Dragon 1/144th Scale Macchi C200 - Sweet 1/144th Scale Morser "Karl" - Dragon 1/144 Scale USS Belleau Wood - Dragon 1/700 Scale. Navy Bird
Bought more than you built? My, however could such a thing happen? Nice collection - I'm glad to see that the Sabre turned out nicely. I've been worrying about the panel lines, but I think the extra depth that they have forgoes the need for any panel line wash. And that 1:144 scale stuff - how do you guys do that? Too small for me! Cheers, Bill
Bonhoff
I agree with the panel lines on the Sabre - The only thing I'd suggest is to make sure the yellow bands on the wings settle into the panel lines properly as they haven't quite on mine....The fuselage band doesn't seem to match where it's indicated on the instructions either. Think some trimming of the band would have helped. It is a nice kit though.
