Here my entry for the group build. It's an F-15D marked up for Chuck Yeager's 50th Anniversary flight of breaking the sound barrier. It took place at Edwards Air Force Base and Yeager was a passenger in this plane. The build thread can be found http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234933283-hasegawa-148th-f-15d-eagle/

Hasegawa F-15D of the 65th Aggressor Squadron

Built entirely OoB with the addition of some Hasegawa pilots from another kit and aftermarket decals by Afterburner kindly donated by Lloyd.

You'll notice the right tail is missing its top, that's because I carelessly knocked it off and lost it to the carpet monster! I'll fix it at a later date, for now I'm calling this done!!

It is the Hasegawa kit with decals from Repliscale, Superscale, Two Bobs and the stencilling from the kit.

The build thread is here,- http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234932881-hasegawa-172-f-15c/
