fu_manchu
Hello Finished another one, this is the Trumpeter Westland Wyvern in Operation Musketeer markings. It goes together really well, perhaps a little rivet heavy, but I quite liked the effect. I had my mind set on wings up as I figured it didn't compromise the lines of a not-particularly-attractive shape. But at the end, I really wish I had built it wings down, as I felt it lost some of its character once I had put the wings on. Hope you like it. swordfish fairey
Beautifully built Wyvern, and it looks great with the wings folded, after all, if it's a Navy a/c and it aint flying, it needs it's wings folded......1st class job..BZ..........Smudge

Sean1968
Nice build mate. You are right, not a particularly pretty plane, but for some reason I like it. Thumbs up from me.
mobydog
Superb. And I DO think they're pretty. Mind you I think the same of the Fairey Gannet!

Paul A H
Beautiful work! If it's any consolation, I think it looks excellent with the wings up!
dekenba
Like that - looks like a close relative of the Gannet! Think I'd have preferred wings down, as there are some interesting goings on over the wings & the cockpit is lost to view.t. Having said that, still a first class build that I would be more than proud with.

sunshine coast
Very well built and finished model....you have managed to bring out the detail to just the right level....... as a matter of interest could the Wyvern have one wing up,one down or did they have to go up and down together ....?? Regards Trevor....
