Still no info about the producer, but a picture of a fuselage mould and a armement test shot.

I'm not a specialist but the surface details look like trenches? Rather crude for me, isn't it?

Test shots of the KFIR weapons

Let's have a look at one of the soon to be released Academy F-4B Phantom mould. They're definitely not boxing in the same category...

It's me or surface details look like trenches?

Don't forget that the other side of the mould will contain matching sections - they should close the "trenches" up to fine lines if done properly.

Does anyone know yet what company this is?

I'm not so sure that the "trenches" will be finer than in the mould shot.. Look at other moulds and you see the lines as very fine even in the mould.. I guess we just have to wait and see, don't we..?

Well, something different must be planned to happen to that fuselage section, judging by the missiles. The image is a bit small but they don't seem to be plagued with trenches. And looking again at the bigger picture, it seems to include the cockpit profile, unless my eyes deceive me - so perhaps it's some sort of work in progress.

I wouldn't be too worried at this stage. In order to make recessed panel lines, the mould needs to have raised lines. Presumably what we see is the roughcut female part of the mould and the panel lines are made "metal safe" for fine cutting and tweaking later. Interesting that we see shots of the moulds and test shots, but no definite info on the manufacturer...

There's something very wrong with the first CAD shot; looks like the stbd wing tank has just been cloned and pushed over to the right, without allowing for perspective/distance....

CAD often uses axonometric projections rather than perspective depictions - that could explain it. That's also why the head-on shot includes lots of weapons that are head-on despite being off the centreline.

Could it be that this Chinese company is a sub contractor for the new US Company Pilot Replicas? They have announced a Mirage IIIE/Kfir series after the Saab 105/Sk60.

If this is another new Kfir how many announcements does that make now? Three I think?

Forgot to say that the mould pic definitely looks like the rough cut before the detail is refined.
