Other Tu-2 versions?

Pre-ordable at Lucky Model. clap2.gif

For the moment this kit is just quoted as "available" (means "We don't have it, but may get it, perhaps, possibly in a while") so not yet "in stock". Just a matter of time I suppose.

Price P&P incl. +/- £ 24.00

Even with shipping, the site shows it for under $40USD. Not bad at all. The pictures of the moulding look good also. No telling what the fit is like, but it looks like it might be worth picking up for a VVS aficionado such as myself. Thank you for posting the link, V.P.!

Regards,

Jason

Nice - so they now have the GPW version(s) out. I see they have two variants - one the Tu-2S and one the Tu-2VS. The Tu-2S was the standard GPW version. Apparently the "VS" variant was the earlier GPW version.

Regards,

Jason

P.S. I remembered you were building one, V.P.; any more progress on that?

Nice addition to the family in the V models. Anyone have any idea if these can make WWII era aircraft at all? Just checked the net, and there is no mention made of the Tu-2V or VS models, but I am assuming they are linked to the assignment to the V and VS regiments of the Soviet Forces?
