The next Vingtor Decals sheet will be for F-16 prototypes and demonstrators:

• YF-16 72-01567 (with both "YF-16" and "F-16" tail logos)
• YF-16 72-01568 (in red/white/blue, "cloud" and "ghost grey" schemes)
• F-16A FSD #1 75-0745
• F-16B FSD 75-0752 F-16/79 test bed

Including stenciling. The decals will be available by mid June.




(Some of the '5' digits have incorrect shepe on this image. This has been corrected before printing).

The reason for two YF-16 logos and only one F-16 logo is that the F-16 logo can be made by cutting the Y from the YF-16 logo. However, after repainting, 01568 had the logo slanted wrong way so a separate F-16 logo is included.

Hi Nils,

I'm very happy to see another 1/72 decal sheet related to prototypes (after Harrier decals I've got recently) ; I will buy this decal sheet as soon as it will be available !

I hope to see more 1/72 decal sheets covering prototypes/demonstrator/testbeds/NASA airplanes ; why not a decal sheet covering F-15, F-14, A-10... for example ?

Also, it would be great to see the release of some resin parts and conversion sets in order to realize some airplanes depicted on these decal sheets (eventually in ccoperation with resin detail sets producers).

These decals are now redy for shipment (actually they have been for a few weeks, but our office has been closed during the summer weeks).

Prices are NOK 100 for 1/72 scale (sheet 72-111) and NOK 125 for 1/48 scale (sheet 48-111), postage included.This corresponds aboutly to £ 10.80 and £ 13.50 respectively. Payment by PayPal to vingtor@vingtor.net. An e-mail to the same address will do our job easier.
