New Revell 1/72 Macchi 200 Seatta

Is this a new kit or a re-release of an older or someone else's kit? How good is it?

99% it's the rebox of their own mould dating from the '60s.

It's not great, with several shape errors and very little detail. The best part is the landing gear, that many consider more accurate than in the more recent hasegawa Mc.202/205

Here's one I was building a few years ago, with the wing completely modified to better represent the correct shape and several other improvements

I have it, its certainly an old kit.

No idea on fit, but its miles behind the E555 i bought at the same time! Still, should build up all right.
