Panoz
I read in an older post that there was a series of articles published in Aeroplane Magazine between February and May 1995 covering RAF Interwar bombers. The series was supposedly similar to the older "On Silver Wings" which later appeared as a book by Osprey. I know that the Vickers Vildebeest was one of the types covered; what about the rest? Are those issues worth tracking down? Since I never had the original magazines articles on the fighters (just the Osprey title), do they also have R. Ward's artwork and A. Granger's plans? TIA

The series ran for several years and covered every post war bomber from the DH9/Vimy - usually over two or three parts. Would have made a great book. Panoz
Thanks for the replies everyone. Don't even want to think how much it would cost to buy all those magazines and have them shipped to Greece. Oh well, never mind...
