Thinners Vs paints compatibility chart?

I have seen a two page printout that was on a modeling mag website ( sorry can not remember which one, hense the post here.). That Shows which thinners and paints are compaterble and which are not. Dose any one have the link to this, and if so can you post the link ?

Well, what is needed - a little knowledge of chemistry.

The rule of thumb is

- acryllics - use water, alcohol and mixtures of the two. There are paints that don't stand alcohol and require pure water ( AKAN ), there are ones that don't like pure spirit - Xtracryllics etc. My personal favourite acryllic thinner - Sainsbury's basic vodka

- enamels - use white spirit

- nitro-based paints - use cellulose thinner
