Asotonish floor polish

Having just got back into modelling and never used Klear, but have been using Astonish as a sealing coat.

Thought I would touch up some paint on the propeller that the masking tape had lifted and the Tamiya paint seemed to react with the Astonish sealer and produce a sticky mess.

Anyone else had this problem, paint was thinned with Tamiya X20A thinner.

Also the Cellulose primer I sprayed on doesn't seemed to have stuck to well to the plastic, Sprayed it on with a airbrush, could it be I hadn't thinned the primer enough and it was drying before it had time to 'bite' into the plastic, it covered well, but did seem to dry very quickly.
