upnorth
I've just bought the AZ Models 1/72 Zlin Z-326 Trener Master and have decided to do it as the British civil registered aircraft G-BKOB that comes on the kit's decal sheet. The problem is that the registration codes aren't quite right in font or spacing for the fuselage sides and quite wrong entirely in font style for the under wing codes. Have any of you that have seen this aircraft at shows managed to get a picture of its underside in fairly close to plan view. If I can get a pretty much straight on view of the codes, I might be able to hand paint a fairly decent approximation of them on the wing of my model. The fuselage codes I can live with from the decal sheet, the under wing ones, no way! Also, I can't quite figure out the main colour of the prop from pics I've found of it on the net. It clearly has been painted, but is it more brown or more red? What would be a good colour match for it? Any ideas for a good colour match for the blue? Looks like dark sea blue or even midnight blue in some pics. Finally, what colour are the wheel wells? Thanks in advance.

Only images I found are these http://www.caa.co.uk/applicationmodules/gi...amp;imgtype=jpg http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/GImages/G-BKOB002.jpg they are from the CAA site, you can search anything on the uk register by entering the reg. http://www.caa.co.uk/application.aspx?cati...ullregmark=BKOB
