eng Posted October 3, 2008 Share Posted October 3, 2008 Don't know if you've seen these yet, been out a few weeks now - Apache(?) - Ed Macy, "Apache Dawn" - ? "Joint Force Harrier" - Ade Orchard. Got a loan of the Harrier book from Stephen and was glued to it by page 5 on the train home, absolutely brilliant. I've also heard good reports about both Apache titles too! WH Smiths have good deals on these just now, and Amazon were doing "Apache Dawn" and "Joint Force Harrier" for £18 Eng Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Good read so far, all the better for a being a bit technical in places too. Something for everyone - skinheads, grannies, mums-to-be and aviation enthusiasts. I was quite interested to read his thoughts on the retirement of the SHAR. Andy PS: Apache Dawn is by Damien Lewis who also wrote 'Operation Certain Death'.
