Ian Lanc Posted May 2, 2008 Share Posted May 2, 2008 (edited) hi gang, i didn't really know where to put this but does anyone know if all the 303 machine guns in the lancaster PA474 BBMF still work ? you know what i mean do they still fire or are they de-activated come to think of it ! do they all fire in the spits/hurricanes ? ian. I remember that they were stored in the small-arms bay at Coningsby when not fitted to the aircraft, when I was there in the late '70's/early '80's. Don't know if they could be fired or not........... probably had the breech-blocks removed or something.
