Revell A380 - Singapore Airlines demo

This is a civil work in progress that's a Paula & Dan joint presentation. Started over 5 years ago, this is a pre-production kit provided by Revel to Airbus to test for accuracy issues. It ended up in our hands and has been a very slow build. There were serious issues with it (not least the bright blue, pitted plastic - yuk!) and it had no cockpit glazing, decals or even instructions!

The decals we finally got hold of were for the Airbus owned demonstrator MSN004 that had been painted up in full Singapore Airlines colours for a demo and airport compatibility test in November or so of 2006.

This is the last shot we have of it, though there's been a bit more progress (still exceedingly slow!) since then:
