Guest Drewe Posted May 4, 2007 Share Posted May 4, 2007 Extrakit model, Xtradecals markings (245 Sqdn). Basically OOTB. Aeroclub bang seat and all flying surfaces thinned down. Gunze Mr Color paints, Revell final varnish. Blu-Tak masking. Points:- 1./I forewent a wash on this model, as I wanted a clean look 2./Wish I'd matched the tail colour to the decals better. . .live'n'learn! 3./I wanted it a little more shiny, a little too much matt in the satin varnish, just a little too flat. 4./Nav lights etc. still be be added Been a very dry period for me the last couple months, nice to get something done again!
