Hi everyone, this is actually my second post here as my first one was a few minutes earlier trying to see how pictures can be attached. Anyway, here's a few things about me: I try to build aircraft models with little or no success. Although I haven't finished anything in ages, I'm consider myself to be good at buying kits though. I've been away from the hobby for some time so this is my return, the sequel, the 'part 2' etc. I have recently set up my little workshop of horrors, where kits get abused and mutilated, parts get lost, clothes get RLM65 stains and money is transformed (mainly) to plastic. Please forgive any mistakes in my text as english is not my first language. Also please forgive my total lack of talent. Please expect many questions; I'm learning everything from the beginning. When not wasting my time over my bench, I work for a well known aircraft manufacturer and maintenance facility. I am an aircraft maintenance engineer and have been for more than 20 years now. I also take pictures of aeroplanes and attend airshows etc. So yeah, you could say I am a geek. So, thank you for having me here. Kind regards, Kostas

Hello my friends, I am a modeller from Edirne/Turkey. I generally interested in with WWII AFVs. I have been doing this hobby for roughly four years. I've used brush to paint my models until this week (Obviously, I bought an airbrush). Also I started to write a blog recently. I am quite amateur so I don't claim that it has tutorial purpose. It is just a log for me, to visualize my progress troughout the time. here is my blog: https://refiksmodel.blogspot.com/ my instagram: https://www.instagram.com/refiksmodel/

Hello Everyone, My name is Paul, and at present I live in Utah in the US. I was born in Portishead in Somerset, down on the Bristol Channel. My parents emigrated to the States in 1960. I model ships, planes and armor, mainly WWII vintage. Aircraft covers the whole spectrum of countries and time periods, with the present build being a Mk I Swordfish (Trump 1/32) (I likes 'em big!). Ships are a mix of British Battleships along with Japanese Battleships (all 1/350), with a 1/200 Bismarck and Missouri thrown in. Armor is mainly WWII German, with a smattering of other subjects thrown in. I am also building a Chieftain Mk X in Berlin camo. I've got the turret painted, but it will take awhile to work up the strength to tackle the hull. Modelling is maybe a strong word, maybe I should say I stash build, I buy 10 times more than I build, but I think that's the point of this hobby, isn't it?
