  1. Hi, Let say that it is finished... The model presents Potez XXV A2 Colonial (TOE) No 1976 "1" of Cne Aubert, a commendant of Groupe d'observation No 1, formed from escadrilles 1/595 and 1/41 at the end of 1942. The colour profile as well as a b/w photo of this machine is presented in this very interesting book: There are photos of more Potezes 25 from which I took that large roundles from top were oberpainted and replaced by a half-diameter ones (there is such photo for machine with number 4), and that bottom was painted in light blue-grey with overpainted codes (this photo is for crashed nr. 9) . My model is done from Polish shor-trun Hit kit kit with some scratch work like changies of shape of tailplane or adding bomb racks. Spoky wheels hubs are from Part set of WWI spoky wheels and the tyre is a rubber o-ring of exactly diameter from drawing of Potez 25 (external diameter 11.5 mm). The not very detailed WIP was here: In box thre were decals fro white 3, which has smaller roundles on sides and some more differencies. The emblem which is combined emblems of two escadrilles is hand painted, other decals more or less from drawer of from kit... Anyway - here she is: Cheers and comments welcome! Jerzy-Wojtek P.S. And the photo of two Hit-kit '25s:
  2. Hi, I just finished it. Potez XXV Croatian ambulance with Jupiter engine. Small scratch conversion from Hit-kit kit. Initially I was intending to do this model as SCW bomber (ex-Estonian), however I have changed my mind to make room for future build of SCW Potez from incoming Azur0romm kit. There is a single poor quality photo of real thing: The photo is presented in book "Sojusznicy Luftwaffe". The area of ambulance compartment is unclear here (I think there is a person standing there) - but in book https://www.abebooks.com/9782950948502/Potez-25-Pierre-CORTET-2950948502/plp there are drawings showin how Yugoslav ambulance Potez XXV looked like. So I assumed that Croatia used some ex-Yugoslav ambulance among all Potez XXV which they enharited after April War. Here she is: This is one of two Hit-Kit Potez XXV which I am doing now together with scratch work on Potez 29. The WIP thread is here: Comments welcome Regards Jerzy-Wojtek
  3. Hi, I would like to present late variant of Breguet XIX - build in Kingdom of Yugoslavia by Kraljevo model 19.8 equipped with Wright Cyclone engine and used mainly as recce and light bomber plane. Some 50 of them were build and few survived April War in 1941 and later were used by Croatia. Bregeut XIX was constructed in 1922 - this 19.8 in 1936. The power of engine rised from some 340 HP to almost 800 HP. This variant had also taller fin, rounded wingtips, reinforcement of upper wing-fuselage join (4 small struts and appropriate riging). This is a scratch conversion from 1/72 Hit-kit kit ( ). Actually I had the single kit of Breguet XIX and made some resin copies of u/c, tail, fuselage, wheels what together with completly scratch work on wings for 19.8 enabled me to to this models and version CASA Breguet XIX A2 in Spanish nationalist colours. The WIP, not very detailed is here: But this the result: And a set of my RYAF army machines from April War with Germany in 1941: Breguet is made just now, Blenheim (Frog) more than 40 years ago (refreshed two years ago) IK-2 is 100% scratch work from about 1980 and IK-3 is vacu Formaplane, also from deep past (some 1977) One more of this set (sorry for my enthusiasm): Here a bigger set with two seaplanes (Dornier Wal converted from Huma kit and Gypsy Moth converted from A-model - bofere float version was issued...) And finally family photo of Kraljevo Breguet 19.8 with CASA Bregeuet A-2 On last photo wings of 19.8 looks shorter but this is only effect of short focus distance here. If anybody wat to see more photos of Spanish one the CASA Breg A-2 RFI is here (also converted from ... bucket to Flickr already) Comment welcome Regards Jerzy-Wojtek
