Just finished this one for the African GB, build out of box aftermaked decals from Foxbat. Lovely kit from Airfix joy to build. A lot of lead needed not to be a Tailsitter. 🤔 Cheers Jes- 11 replies

Looks who´s excited because of this GB I have this lovely Airfix B-25C Mitchell kit to start with. Its decal option B is for the 1943 war bond tour look of the plane. I'll be perfectly happy to go with the kit supplied decals but backdated to its earlier time of operational duty in North Africa. That means I´ll be dropping the flashy war bond tour decals and use the earlier (stars without bars) national insignia, that come with the kit for the ASW a/c option A. So here´s the obligatory box+sprues+instructions+decals+aftermarket pic 🙂. In the meantime, forward with the double GB drop-out Bf 110! V-P

I am wanting to do my Accurate Miniatures 1/48 B-25C as one of the aircraft in the below profiles: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/e1/9c/26/e19c26615eac39d2044a745723211fc7.jpg I would really like to do MA956:E, but I have been unable to find any decals for the unique mission marks pictures. They sort of look like winged bombs. Does anybody make those markings in 1/48 decal form? I guess I would also need a suitable Air Vice Marshall's pendant. Larry
