I’ve been feeling a little ‘low’ lately and in need of a break from work – to try and get my modelling mojo back on track.
I had 5 days holiday left and as we can’t take time off work in November and December this is the last week available before Christmas. So here we are – on another rainy day in October.
As I’m not feeling ‘at the top of my game’ (which isn’t exactly high anyway) at the moment, I didn’t want to attempt anything too difficult – just in case I ‘lose the plot’ and I only have a few days to spare - so I thought it was time to have a play with this...
I bought a load of 1/72 AFV stuff back in August to hopefully go with a vintage Airfix Pontoon Bridge I bought on a whim. These kits are very simplified and you actually get 3 kits in one box – which with my meagre skills is a definite bonus. Here’s how simple they are…

I haven’t built any ‘amour’ before. I have done a couple of 1/48 trucks – but that’s it – so I’m hoping some more knowledgeable folk might be able to point me in the right direction along the way.
