  1. Frieghtdog have issued a resin set for this consisting of a radiator insert with cuckoo doors, Mk3 rocket rails, anti personel rocket heads (4) drop tanks and mountings. Good value for £7.50. (btw. that was from memory so I might have it a bit skew)
  2. Just looked ast Models for Sale and they have 2 listed in stock. The artwork is Roy Cross
  3. There was a nice article recently in one of the mags converting the intercepter to an RAF bird, the nose was changed, winglets moved to above the intake, wheeld u/c added with weapons . Apparantly the new kit has much better decals including correct colour roundels and the underside A, the kit is as original which isn't too bad. I can feel a whiffer coming on here
  4. Depends on what scale you want. In 1/76 try one of the Airfix Saladin, Saracen or M113 kits, no more difficult than an aircraft kit
  5. Airfix include an extra internal fuel tank but do not mention this in the instructions, I presume it fits into the rear cockpit and think it was used during he Taranto raid. Can anybody confirm this please.
  6. Thanks Richard. I will now have to source the letter V as the Xtradecal sheet does not cover this one, sounds like a job for my printer!
  7. Hello good people I am currently building the Hasegawa 1.48 FGR2 in 74 Sqn markings using the Xtradecal sheet but have a question, were any of the 74 Phantoms NOT fitted with TESS otherwise I will have to attempt a little scratchbuilding. Thank you
