  1. I really like it. The caked in mud looks excellent, and the weathering, especially on the wooden boxes, is awesome. The figure really sets it off.
  2. All the little details really make it, but your figure painting is also superb as is the weathering on the half track.
  3. I did this scheme in 1/48. Yours has turned out brilliantly. The detail for 1/72 is fantastic.
  4. Really nice finish on the camouflage and interesting how the the fish is carried off- centre. The carrier deck looks good too!
  5. Really nice. The weathering on the metallic finish looks great.
  6. Really nice. Great finish. Even the figure looks excellent!
  7. I’m glad you fixed the links so I could see your fantastic Phantom! Brilliant finish and of course the metallic parts look amazing, but I also like the canopies- they are so clear and shiny!

    Alclad

For those who use Alclad Klear Kote, and in particular the gloss, can I ask where you are buying it from in the UK? I understand that Alclad is now sold as HR Hobbies in the UK, but their website is pretty sparse and doesn’t seem to include any of the Klear Kote line, just Milspec colours. Other online sellers seem to stock some of the range, but I can’t find the gloss anywhere. Can anyone help please?
  9. I was amazed at the futuristic design of the Avanti the first I saw one when I went to see the Vulcan at Sheffield. Your model looks great and one day I would love to build an Avanti as good as yours.
  10. Nice diorama, the cracked earth looks great and the palm tree just right.
  11. Really nice, and the covers make a big difference. Personally I like the weathering.
  12. Lovely model, that’s a lot of rigging! The wooden struts make a nice contrast to the green and I like the finish on the guns too.
  13. I had the Herman Goering boxing of the Wingnut Wings Fokker DVIIF which comes in a rather boring and difficult (for me) all over white. So imagine my delight when I was at Telford to see that Aviattic had a set of decals depicting an aircraft from the Ukrainian Galician Army in September 1919 with all profits going to charities to help refugees from the Ukrainian war. In addition I used Gaspatch machine guns as I lost some of the original parts and EZ Line for the rigging. Anyhow, on with the pics. Slava Ukraini!
  14. Very nice quality finish. The camouflage looks very difficult to do, but you have done an amazing job.
  15. I like the dust and faded black paint on the tank, great waterfall and the colour of the pool of water makes me want to jump in!
