That really is a tour de force.

It's a crappy camera phone snap so not the best shot. The avatar - I love cats and this was a happy little thing I saw with a paper smile held in front of the cats face. It looks so sweet!

I Time has been scarce but at last I have this one almost there. It needs a few issues touching up and a coat of Kleer. Spitfires have been my passion since first laying eyes on one, er, 40 odd years ago, and this is my favourite mark and scheme.

I wondered about the photo proportions as well - Looks a bit too short and too deep and the wheels look a bit oval . Lovely build and an unusual colour scheme too.

Great build, looks fantastic. Should it be armed though?

Very definitely a mucky old pup. :-). This was the inspiration for it - unfortunately the CA squadron code decals fell to bits and I've not yet found replacements

Thers some pre shading under the silver paint but It's also the photographic effect of using HDR that gives that sooty appearance
