  1. What you need now is a delivery system to deliver cheese to Wallace while on the go so he doesn't have to stop to eat it.
  2. For post war there is always the Bloodhound kit, even though now it is showing its age.
  3. Didn't Sud Aviation use the Comet nose in its entirety?
  4. My late father was serving in Burma at the end of the war. He told me once that a lot of aircraft were buried there, usually with the aid of a bulldozer.
  5. I like the blank radiator panel, it makes it look more 'trolleybus' like. Perhaps a row of louvres set into the panel?
  6. I noticed that my notifications were not working despite it showing on the threads that I should be receiving them. I closed and then re-opened the notifications and now they appear to be working.
  7. The problem I have is that I am not now able to access any details as only a couple of weeks ago I lost all my e-mails, address book, archive etc when Talk Talk pulled the plug on Tiscali. I have also noticed that my correspondence and friends are also blank. The only way I can find my details would be by looking at the archive on the old system when and if it becomes available.PS my 'friends' appears to be partially restored.
  8. I have also noticed that my start date has changed to 18th Jan 2010, I have been a member of this forum for over 6 years.
  9. I've just noticed that mine has gone down from over 2,000 to 181 and I am now a 'New member'? I think that the up date only went back a certain period and anything prior has been archived.
  10. This has bought Britmodeller into line with another four forums I use. I am quite familiar with a lot of the features of the new format anyway.
  11. The radiator is unnecessary on a trolleybus. As the electrical equipment was quite compact (and heavy!) on most trolleybuses it was placed low down at the front where the radiator of a diesel bus would be as can be seen in many of the trollybus photos. I would suggest lowering the height of the radiator grill so that the top forms a continuous line with the top of the headlamp surrounds and replacing the grill with a plain panel with louvres. Another point is that the driver would need to see the nearside kerb a lot easier, many later trolleybuses had deeper windscreens which would require reducing the height of the radiator. A 'knee light' window below the nearside cab window might be an idea. As you must now have 'half' a Routemaster left are you going to acquire another kit and build another trolleybus?
  12. Just enter your postcode... http://www.facebook.com/britishairways/app_388207294549278 Round my way it would probably get a parking ticket!

  14. Armoured trains. >> http://www.oobject.com/category/absurd-armored-trains/
  15. In the second film it appears that there is heat damage to the nose on the port side. perhaps the reason for the crash?
