  1. Well, I have been building plastic kits in 72nd for some 25 years and never built any better than this MiG-21MF. It´s the same pleasure assembly as L-29 by AMK in the same scale.
  2. Article needs some clarification - Czech 4017 was in overall light gray scheme. None of the Czech MF interceptors (i.e. produced in Gorkij Airfcraft Factory) has any other camo then overall light gray. Silver ones were from Moscow Airfcraft Factory, Eduard is about to release such kit under cat. no 70142 as "MiG-21MF Fighter-Bomber" in September 2018.
  3. Well, I didn´t mean to confuse anyone, sorry for that.
  4. Hello, I´ve got two official informations from AMK/Annetra backstage to share. First, there were some comments regarding the size of camouflage layouts in kit instruction. Before new redesigned web pages are functional, here is link to download in more user-friendly sizehttp://www.airplanephoto.net/amk_camouf…/86001_l-29_1-72.pdf Second, with the new L-39C in 48 there is also a big decal sheet covering camouflage for 60+ users all around the world in preparation.
  5. kinda test build - now in English...(sorry for mistakes,I´m not a native speaker ) http://modelweb.modelforum.cz/en/2016/03/28/172-aero-l-29-amk-testovaci-stavba/
  6. Not at all Martin.. I appreciate your great kit, what will be next in 72nd scale? L-39? Or even Mig-19 family?
  7. Flaps, air brakes, elevator - all fit perfectly even in closed position, it is obvious from the last three pics of my post (see right half of kit) Rear canopy fit pretty well, but the front one unfotrunatelly not - there is a small gap between front canopy and bulkhead separating front cockpit from the rear one ...see pic... Simply the angle of bulkhead doesn´t match the angle of rear part of front canopy... If you try to move the bulkhead little forward, the gap will apper between the buklhead and rear canopy...
  8. finished model.. Fitting of the kit is simply outstanding. Flaps, air brakes, rudder and elevator are as separate parts and can be glued in various positions. Also, nose bay could be open, as both canopies. Wing structure behind flaps is from etched parts. Enjoy!
  9. Hot new for 72nd scale fans:
