  8. Acoording to my Spitfire the history book the Serial no was R6622. Which was flown by Sgt Oldfield shot down and killed on the 27/09/1940 I will try to find the code as soon as possible. I hope that helps so far. Glen.

  12. Thanks For that Alex but was the G-91R1/R2 in PRU Blue as most aircraft in Nato at time Was like the Early RAF F-86 Sabres Where in PRU Blue and later ones where in Aluminium. Thanks Again. Glen.
  13. Weren't Sabre's in Pru Blue Underneath? According to Airfix The R1/R2 Was in A Pale Blue underneath.
