Acoording to my Spitfire the history book the Serial no was R6622. Which was flown by Sgt Oldfield shot down and killed on the 27/09/1940 I will try to find the code as soon as possible. I hope that helps so far. Glen.

Weren't Sabre's in Pru Blue Underneath? According to Airfix The R1/R2 Was in A Pale Blue underneath.
