  3. Thanks guys!!!! Here's some mockup pics showing the stance & the wheel/tire combo I'm using....
  4. Thanks guys!!!! Well the heart of the beast is DONE!!!!
  5. This one's going basic black, will have a a slightly jacked up rear end, the Rallye wheels from the Revell 69 Nova.... Paint is "Now" brand black....
  6. Well she's done!!!! http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=23462

  8. Thanks Dave, & no problem on the hint about the exhaust tips.... I use all kinds of junk, parts trees for glasspack mufflers, exhaust pipes, roll bars, # tabs for spring shims both coil & leaf, it's endless.... As far as the exhaust tips make sure you pick nice straight , round pieces with minimal or NO mold seams, hog out the ends, & glue them on.... Hard part is making sure your bit is centered, sometmes you get lucky & there's allready a hole in the center.... Well I got the Baby Moons & trim rings today, sooooo..... Up next: trimming & gluing the veneer for the bed!!!!
  9. Thank Mish!!!! Here's the finished chassis & engine.... The exhaust tips are drillled out chrome parts tree....
  10. Here's some mockup pics showing the stance.... Just imagine how this will look with Baby Moons & trim rings!!!! Nothing's glued up yet....
  11. I've been in a little bit of a slump since I finished the Charger, but I got a little bit more done.... Mostly finished chassis, all it's lacking are the shocks, & draglink.... Finished engine.... The head/valve cover parts were chromed in the kit, so I painted theheads steel with aluminum valve covers,I also drilled out the top of the velocity stacks on the carbs....
  12. Thanks guys!!! I wouldn't glue the front clip on first because THEN I think you'd have major problems mounting the chassis to the body... I don't see anyway around following the insts as far as the front clip.... Also your going to have trim down the rear of the hinges to get the hood fit properly....
  13. Thanks folks.... Well she's done!! With the exception of the front clip, this went together really nice....
  14. Possibly When Lindberg releases the Copcar version, it'll have the 5.7 ltr & the flat hood???? At any rate, here's the finished interior.... And some mock-up pics!!!!
