  1. HAving read the comments on submitting images..I have set up Village.Photo and will try again here with one of my modeling compositions..hope you don't mind the test..fingers crossed.
  2. Good Morning from Virginia, USA. I'm a retired COO of a CAD software development firm, former video and TV production director, and Military Intelligence Officer, Aerial Surveillance, that has for the past 13 years, with plenty of time on my hands, been active in modeling in 3D and using my models in compositions which I print out on canvas, usually in a 40x14 inch horizontal format. At 69 years of age, I find that I need a break for the many hrs that computer modeling takes and so have decided to try my hand at modeling in plastics..which I have not done since 1960. One of the things I am enjoying is learning all the new ways of doing things, the materials available...paint mud.....the amount of details that are done now and the Museum quality work that is accomplished by so many of you these days. When I retired I purchased one of the Armortek Early Tiger Tanks but alas hit with a large medical bill I wound up selling it to a collector in Hong Kong. I had never started working on it. So to start off and to check and see if my eyes can handle it, I plan on trying the Takom 1/16 Renault FT 17. I've attempted to insert one of my modeling art efforts, a Type 7 cut up in its bunker/drydock, but since it has not appeared, it may be too large for this forum. For those who may be interested, here is a link to one of my galleries.http://websterandsonsstudio.cgsociety.org/. You can see my work goes from World War II scenes to historical architecture, space processing plants and recon speedsters. Before I leave, I am trying to find a copy of Super Tiger Tank book by David Parker for sale if any of you might know someone who would be willing to see an existing copy. Now let me try to insert a smaller picture of one of my models..a Recon Speedster... Well I see that neither has displayed, sorry. Here's a hard link to both: http://www.cornucopia3d.com/purchase.php?item_id=12378 Recon Speedster http://websterandsonsstudio.cgsociety.org/art/german-modo-viic-poser-das-boat-vue-submarine-discovery-852304 Type VII in Bunker/Drydock Cheers
