Hello everyone. reading through some posts, I find I`m not alone in my introduction. Very keen modeller in my youth doing allsorts of them. But you know how it is, job, marriage, kids, your time just isn`t your own. Now I have some time and bought a model and some paints and a few brushes and had a go. It was Tamiya 1/24 Mercedes CLK-GTR. Didn`t take long to realise that it may have been a little ambitious for my first build in about 35 years, but it didn`t turn out too badly, espaecially from a few feet away, and is proudly displayed Searching around for some tips and guidlines I stumbled across this place so thought I`d join up and see how the big boys do it these days and if i manage to buld one half as good as the examples on here, i will be more than happy Cheers Rob
