Hello Gents, Back at it..... Let me introduce you to a 30 years old timing belt..... By luck the Cobra has made a few kilometers since the fitting of the belt..... And a valve clearance check..... Repairing an oil leak.... Sir a 50 years old engine that didn't leak oil is impossible.... And then.... Modelling ?? Huh yes !! Here we are with a full justification for the "Silver dart" moniker.... There will be some RFI soon at CC's castle...... Have a great modelling week end !! Sincerely. CC -
As far as it is a Corsair... You're on the right path.... CC

Great work on painting on the Nomad !! Still, I stay in awe about the brush painting... in awe and Errrmm envious.... Even if I rectify my glitches with brushes instead of the airbrush.... Sincerely. CC

Hello Gents..... And the lunacy is still going on..... First a cardboard template.... And then a solid bulkhead made from plasticard.... I make 3 of them each time.... Since I still have another Esci Skyraider in the attic.... And plenty of weird ideas in my distorted mind.... Why not an early ECM one then..... Now, I have my electronic compartment done, Let's start the funny game.... Sincerely. CC

No, no, Mark !! Don't resist, the kit is fun to build so far !! I really like my region, I walk a hundred yards and Bingo !! I'm in the woods !! Oh sure, the guiness went down the hatch easily !! Hello John, Sincerely, I didn't look at that yet but given the pics of the used F-82, there seem to be some Zinc Chromate yellow.... Now John @Biggles87 gave us an answer... Thank you John... I know thea the Japan based aircrafts were oftenly cleaned up with volcanic ashes. That gave them a very shiny and polished finish..... Thanks for the support Gents, it is greatly appreciated. Sincerely. CC

Then the Walrus..... The Cuban Sea Fury, the French Spitfire ? We'll see..... But my Korean war serie start to be interesting..... A SIG by myself.... I hope that everything is fine for you ...
