    I used Testors Flat Aluminum on mine 20 years ago and am still happy with the result.

    I remember there was some controversy when the B of B Hall first opened because very few B of B veterans were invited to the dedication ceremony. The Daily Mail's news story on the event was headlined, "Never Were So Few Invited".

    I built the Itsleri Gripen years ago and found it to be a fun, easy build.

    What scale are you building in? I've been looking for 1/72 SEA decals for the F-100D without success.

    Here are some old pics of my Heller AWACS and AF-1 707, and AMT KC-135A. They're all in storage now.

    Probably easier to scratch build the fin extension than what I did, which was to mask and airbrush the USAF aggressor scheme for a Canoas-based F-5E.

    Long story short, there's no practical way you can turn an Italeri/ AMT KC-135 into a 707-320. If can't find or afford a Heller 707, try a Heller USAF or NATO E-3A/B AWACS (with the older engines, not the CFM 56s).
