  1. We are pleased to announce another model from our series of helicopters in 1/144th scale, the Sikorsky S-58, bearing its military designation the H-34. As in the case of our previous kits, once again it is a newly mastered model and new tooling. This is a different model compared to our former Westland Wessex, despite their general resemblance. Here are some pictures depicting how the model master was made from scratch: and Here we attach images of the plastic parts: and the reverse side Each kit contains 46 parts, including alternative parts allowing to build different variants of the aircraft (fuselage bottom part, port engine cover, undercarriage legs, exhausts and cabin doors) and seven clear parts (for the cockpit canopy and the cabin windows). Of course, a comprehensive instruction leaflet and a decal sheet are included, the latter offering four options for each box. The kits will be available in mid-December. More information about the forthcoming kits and their camouflage options can be found on our web site at: https://www.4pluspublications.com/en/?s=12%2F2022&post_type=product&type_aws=true KR Michal Ovcacik, MARK I
  2. Hello, the Piper L-4 Grasshopper kits have been released under MARK I Models label. Three bagged kits are available: Plastic sprues included in the kits: More details can be found here at: https://www.4pluspublications.com/en/?s=piper&post_type=product&type_aws=true Michal Ovcacik
  3. Hello, the Mosquito kits are now being packed to be ready for SMW Telford. Four boxes will cover the bomber variants: MKM14483 Mosquito B.IV 'Wooden Bomber' MKM14484 Mosquito B.IV--PR.IV 'Swift Warrior' MKM14485 Mosquito B.VII--B.XX--F-8 'Canadian Mossie' MKM14494 Mosquito PR.IV--B.IV 'Special Liveries' Regards Michal Ovcacik
  4. yes, it works but only on your PC. Other users, if they don't install the appropriate plugin in their computer, won't see the pics again.... so better to move your albums from PB elsewhere and restore the links :-( Michal
  5. Hello, further to Mike's review (thanks, Mike) of our recent Vampire kit, I enclose some pics of the built model (actually the Federal Aircraft Works F+W Vampire Mk.6), made by Pavel Belda from Liberec Modeller's Club. So, enjoy! and the last one: KR Michal Ovcacik, MARK I P.S. an advice taken from another BM forum topic: If you can't see the pics above, you may install a plugin in your browser (Chrome or Firefox) to circumvent the Photobucket restriction. Then you will be able to see again the pictures that were blocked when Photobucket made its questionable change. Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/photobucket-embedded-fix/?src=search Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/photobucket-embed-fix/naolkcpnnlofnnghnmfegnfnflicjjgj?hl=en I'm using Firefox, installed the add-on, and now I can see again the images that were previously blocked in all threads in forums and other sites.
  6. Hello, we are pleased to announce another model of a so far neglected type in 1/144th scale, the Curtiss Hawk Model 75. As in the case of our previous kits, this is a brand new tooling and this time resin moulds were utilised. As far as we know, no kit of this elegant plane has been produced so far in plastic or resin in this scale. We bring here some images of the master model, the first series shots and a test build. The finished kit still lacks the canopy clear part, but otherwise the model is complete: Here are some pics depicting how the model master was made from scratch: There will be three different kit boxes, with each kit containing 30 parts and four clear parts (for the cockpit canopy, scalloped rear windows and a landing light). Of course, a comprehensive instruction leaflet and a decal sheet are included in each kit, and there are four options for each box. The kits will be available early in May. More info about the forthcoming kits and camouflage options will be found on our web site at: http://www.4pluspublications.com KR Michal Ovcacik, MARK I
  7. Hello, the livery depicted in our MKM Gladiator kit is correct. You can found a picture of that aeroplane in a Squadron/Signal book on the Gladiator: You may also notice different shade of blue of the unit insignia and roundel. KR Michal Ovcacik
  8. Hello, here you can evaluate the shots (please, take in mind it is a 1/720th scale model ): ... and the reverse side: The Naval LZ58 just finished - overall views: .... a look at the bottom, with two gondolas, engine support structure and bomb bays (represented by decals): ... a closer look at the front: ... and at the tail, showing the stabilising and control surfaces: We tried to make the kit as simple as possible, but well represented in detail at the same time. The stand is also included in the kit, as is the decal for appropriate airship's name. So enjoy building your kit.... More info about the forthcoming kits and camouflage options will be found on our web site at: http://www.4pluspublication.com KR Michal Ovcacik, MARK I
  9. We are pleased to announce yet another model of an iconic British fighter in 1/144th scale, the Gloster Gladiator. As in the case of our previous kit of the „baby Beaufighter“, once again it is a brand new tooling and metal moulds were utilised. As far as we know, no such a kit of this lovely biplane has been produced so far in plastic or resin in this scale. To whet your appetite a little we attach some images of the test shots and the first test build. ... and the details on the reverse side: The finished kit still lacks the canopy clear part (which is now being produced and will be added at a later stage), but otherwise it is complete: A few images taken during my build: Here are some pics depicting how the model master was made from scratch: Each kit contains 40 parts and one clear part (for the cockpit canopy). Of course, a comprehensive instruction leaflet and a decal sheet will be included, the latter offering four options for each box. The kits should be available in June. More info about the forthcoming kits and camouflage options will be found on our web site at: http://www.4pluspublications.com KR Michal Ovcacik, MARK I
  10. Nice indeed, Ed. pretty well captures the subject! However, the Aeronavale one (if you intend to build the LeO.30) would require more work, either using Azur kit or RS Model as a basis!
  11. And now our Baby Beau has got its canopies and other transparent parts: ... here fitted to the model: ... and yet a fine detail (yes, 1/144th scale ): Cheers Michal
  12. Thanks for your interest! And here is another image, especially taken but not only for Dave: Regarding other queries: if sales are good of these kits and if there is enough interest in other Beaufighter Marks, we may consider other versions, e.g. late Mk.VI/Mk.VI (ITF)/early Mk.Xs, all with upright V-tailplanes. No promise, but never say never . Michal
  13. In order to warm the hearts of the 1/144th scale community, we decided to develop a brand new injection-moulded kit of this lovely aeroplane. The “Beau’s” have never been released before in plastic in this scale, so this is their first appearance. These kits have been made using high-quality moulds, produced by one of the best Czech moulding companies. To whet your appetite here we present you the images of the test shots and the first test build. The finished kit still lacks the clear parts, but otherwise it is complete. Here are some pics depicting how the model master was made from scratch. Each kit contains 53 parts and six clear parts (cockpit and rear gunner canopies, aerial cover and wing-tips with position lights). Naturally, a comprehensive instruction leaflet and a decal sheet are included, the latter offering four options for each Mark. The kits will be available by mid-June.
