Thanks mate it does seem armed to the teeth I have progressed a little more over the weekend but the sun stopped me on Sunday just had to get out in it:-) Hopefully do some this week as I am getting a taste for it and hopefully each one should improve

Hi being a newbie and not making a model in 33 years. I thought I would give it a go hence my name. I fancied a modern warship and the trumpeter range appealed to me. Firstly a big thanks to everyone for making me feel welcome yesterday. This model I am building has taught me how not to build a kit and water but I have learnt a lot. It is a learning curve and a steep one at that. My next one will be approached in an entirely different way how I paint it and build it. I am not sure if the upload picture worked if not I will figure it out. No laughing please as I have seen the quality of the models the members on here produce. I am however enjoying it and practically gave up on finding correct colours as the Russian navy seem to use whatever is about as the photos I looked at all differ so it is not super accurate.http://www.flickr.com/photos/121689388@N03/13483843745 Cheers Kris
