Thanks for the offer Pat, but happily, I've found references showing that b mkxvi's did indeed operate out of India, sadly they're all in a boring over all silver scheme which in my opinion doesn't do the lines of the mossie justice.

I have an airfix 1/72 B.XVI which i would like to make in SEAC markings , however all the data I have gleaned from the internets seems to indicate only PR XVIs and FB mk VIs flew in the SEA theatre. Therefore, if I can be guided on the most painless way of converting my kit into a theatre appropriate subject, i would be forever grateful.

Hi Gents, I'm looking for any Information regarding squadrons, numbers, etc of wellingtons that operated in the CBI. It was only recently that I stumbled across a picture of a burnt out wellington based somewhere in North east india. I was unaware that any even came to this part of the world.

Martels are sea eagles but without the intakes for the turbojet? What kind of pylons would I need for martels?

Hello gents, I'm building the new airfix buccaneer S2C in 1/72 and I really wanted to mount a pair of sea eagles I stole from a Hasegawa sea harrier kir. However it dawned on me that the only photos I've seen of buccs and sea eagles were all from the RAF.
