I believe that the only posted colourized photo of the real aircraft, in flight, with a bright aluminium engine cover against the background gave feed to various "hot smoking" comments about "issues" with the cowling.
Well here are some photos of the real thing with some closeups of the engine area.
It seems that Grand models did a great work on the engine covers.
Have in mind that this is a Hispano Suiza equipped machine, ordered by the Greeks, so do not get confused with aircrafts with other power plants.
