  1. Great work Rob, love the subtle weathering also the tie down detail, very nice.
  2. A great collection, love the figures.
  3. Great work Ozzy, love the train dio.
  4. Superb work, inspirational and the camera shots are a credit, first rate will.
  5. Superb, great attention to detail, and the weathering is spot on.
  6. Hi Everyone This years projects, concentrated more on aircraft this year as opposed to vehicles, enjoyed the Apachie but took me a good six months, concentration levels where waning towards the end, don't know how you super detail guys do it, massive respect. Any way have a good Christmas and a happy new year to you all. Mick 1/48 Hasegawa Apachie, my attempt at the WAH 64 version. 1/72 Hasegawa F-4S Phantom 1/72 Italia F16 Falcon 1/72 Hobbyboss F-5E Tiger II 1/72 Revell NH1 NH90 FTH CEPA 1/72 Revell Morane-Saulnier N 1/32 Tamiya 25Pdr and Quad 1/32 Tamiya SAS Pinkie,(Crew RTU'd for leaving vehicle, kit and weapons unattended)
  7. Robw - In answer to your question Rob the Eduard PE for the Gun and Ammunition Carrier is well worth the fiddly work and you do achieve a much more detailed/crisp finish. Area of note is the gun shield which looks much better than the Tamiya version. I would recommend, if the purse will stretch to it, getting two sets, I lost quite a few tiny bits to the carpet monster! I had intended to have two figures riding on top of the Quad but I made a complete mess of them and I'd reached that frustrating point where I just wanted to get the model completed and move on. Sorry no WIP pictures for this one. Once again Gents many thanks for the feed back, appreciate you all taking the time to comment. Mick
  8. Many thanks for the comments guys, appreciated, the base was just a quick bodge job for the model to stand on so I could get some reasonable photos, when all three units are linked up its quite a long footprint taking up quite a fair bit of space on the model shelf, it will more than likely end up living in a box until we part company. Yep Foxy, its Mick
  9. Hi Haven't posted for some time so thought I'd better make a bit of an effort, one of this years projects, Tamiya's 25 Pdr and Quad, including PE kit. Not something I was looking forward to building but turned out quite enjoyable, hope you approve.
